This is a vintage sepia-tone albumen print of a U. S. Marine who is not identified. The USMC logo is clearly identifiable on both his cap and also on the buttons of his uniform. A patch sewn to his sleeve shows two crossed rifles, as does one of the medals pinned to the front of his dress jacket. The photographer is not identified. Please see my auction running concurrently of another Marine in an embossed presentation folder identical to this one. Portrait is in excellent condition and measures 4 15/16 inches tall by 3 7/16 inches wide. Overseas bidders will pay more for shipping than the amount given in the auction.
