Up for Auction is a 1920's Rembrandt floor lamp in good condition. The floor lamp stands at 68 Inches tall 10 inches wide at base and 11 inches from bulb to bulb. Weight is about 14 pounds, I will ship the item broken down as little as possible with great care. The materials are mainly cast iron with some brass such as etched brass stem/column, The shade is missing but everything else appears to be original except the cord and plug. The inner wiring appears to be original cloth wire/cord. The bulb socket has the original cone w/ the detailed affect of dripping wax and has some chipping. Push on and off switch works perfectly with an easy touch. Nothing appears to be cracked, chipped or broken. It appears someone has brushed up against it with a paint brush or roller at the base. I'm told it can be removed with little effort and no harm. I'm not experienced or comfortable doing so myself and the price reflects this issue. Over all the piece is in very good condition and well preserved. It has had a few owners but has always remained in the same house along with another up for bid at this time as well.
