This Toledo sword cane dates from the 1920s and has a handsome large 4 x 2-3/8 inch handle made of horn. The 1-1/4 inch silver collar appears to be sterling. The shaft is stepped faux bamboo with a metal tip. The fine Spanish single-edged sword blade is among the finest made. It is 27-1/2 inches. Toledo sword blades date from the late nineteenth century to the early twentieth century. This stick is 35-1/2 inches overall.
