Up for auction is a 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar. The last year that the Morgan was issued. The lack of a mint mark indicates that the coin was minted by the Philadelphia mint. The photographs are of the actual coin that you will receive. Look the photos over carefully, I think you will agree that this is a very high quality and desirable coin and should grade very high. MS ???. This rare and exquisite 1921 Morgan Silver Dollar would make a valued addition to any collection. So let the bidding begin...A little bit of additional information:Morgan Dollar is 38.1 mm in diameter and weighs 26.73 grams. Tracing its origins back to the Mint Act of 1873 and the Bland-Allison Act of 1878, this silver dollar has deep historical roots. Named after its designer, George T. Morgan, this 1921 Morgan Dollar is the last year the coin was minted in the Morgan Dollar series, which was minted from 1878 to 1904, and then again in 1921. Interestingly, as a representation of liberty, this silver dollar depicts an American woman, presumably Miss Anna W. Williams, a schoolteacher from Philadelphia, instead of the usual Greek-style figure.
