This is about a 1921 Mead Ranger Superbe /// frame / fenders / torrington handle bars / /original superbe saddle , minus the cover // and all the parts in the pics ,, This is a 28" wood wheel model ,,, Very solid and getting hard to find these early antique Bicycle ,,,,,,,,, also included is the original brampton chain,, The frame is 18" ,, With a set of rims and tires ,, and this could be ridable ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Thanks for looking and all questions are welcome ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Jeff
