An original patent document NOT A COPY OR REPRINT of US patent 15,019 reissued January 4, 1921 to Julius Landgraf of Briarcliff manor, NY entitled "Internal-Combustion Engine" The patent has two-sided pages and is photo-lithographed on heavy paper. I believe during this era of the patent office, only a few lithographed copies of each patent were made to file in the classification "shoes" and a few for sale to the public.The pages are still attached at the bottom (that is why the photos shown might be cut off, I cannot always place the full page on the scanner). The first page of text is usually on the opposite side of the first page of the drawing. US patents are A4 size (8.25 x 11.75"). The patent has been in the collection of the US patent office either in the examiner search room or the public search room, so it shows signs of use.
