1920's Clear Lake Villas Real Estate Development Brochure Lakeport Nice-Lucerne California. This is a great original 16 page colored brochure. The brochure measures about 9 1/2" by 6". T is soiling on the cover and the brochure has been bent in the center like it was originally bent to be put in a regular mailing envelope, so it does not lay flat, but it is not a crease or fold. The inside is in great condition (please look at the scanned pictures). The cover has "Lang Reality Co." stamped on it. This is original from the 1920's. Clear Lake Villas was an early Real Estate Development in California. In 1921-22 this development began when the "Carsonia" estate of a Judge Hastings was divided into Clear Lake Villas. The name Clear Lake Villas was later changed to "Nice" after Nice, France. The offices were in Lakeport and San Francisco. T are about 50 pictures of life at Clear Lake Villas, along with many artist drawings. This is a great real estate development marketing brochure that is over 80 years old. The Board of Directors is listed on the last page. Two of the six are named Rodman, today t is a Rodman Park. This is a great piece for someone in the Nice-Lucerne area of California; the real estate professional; or someone just interested in the wonderful art and 1920's history.
