Up for auction is the expired United States passport dated 1922 The passport measures 4.25" x 6.25", is in fairly good condition, obviously worn and used. The passport opens up to a four-page document, the pages measures 8.75" X 12" each.The passport is for Julia Robert Starr photo and vital information are provided, and the front page is signed "Charles E. Hughes" - the Charles Evans Hughes who was secretary of State in 1922, was a candidate for President in 1916, and was Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in the 1930s. The passport has stamped visas from France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands Holland, etc. Apparently this passport accompanied Starr to Europe for the porposeof"travel" as stated on it . A nifty document with signature of a very famous man. Buyer pays $2.50 shipping and handling in the US.
