This is a Wonderful 1923 Essay / poem by Dr. Frank Crane that is titled "The Fiftieth Boy". It should be required reading for all young persons regardless of their sex. Adults could well learn from this example also. The document was presented by the "Clint W. Lee Diploma Co., Schmidt Engraving Co of Waco Texas, and the Herff Jones Class Jewelry Co. . Apparently, these were presented to new graduates on completion of their studies. The overall size of the document and its' wood frame is about 12" X 15". The document alone measures about 9" X 11 3/4". The document has two light fold lines and the frame shows some signs of age. I think this would be a wonderful accessory for a School teachers room.
