This is a nice MEXICO, 1924, private use, state of “San Luis Potosi”, this is the oldest SLP plate known to exist, the number paint is thin, but the rarity factor is off the charts, the original colors of red on yellow are clearly visible on the plate, pictured in the ALPCA archives, metal is 100% solid, paint thin, which complies with all eBay policies. Buyer pays $6.00 for priority shipping and handling within North America. For additional purchases, add 50 cents per plate to the priority rate. S hipping outside North America at actual cost + $1.00 per shipment.
