Soft cover book has some edge and corner wear, some wear also at the top and bottom of the spine and some along the spine. Cover is secure, pages intact and in excellent condition, pages 35-46 detached but in excellent condition, they came loose from the staples, the rest of the pages are totally secure. Cover has some surface wear including some age discoloration, some random marks and spots and some darkening around the edges, see photo.
