I will combine on shipping - just wait for invoice. I will ship to just about any country BUT item will have to be sent via USPS with full insurance which means full declaration of value. I have to do this to protect both the winning bidder as well as myself. So please do not ask me to declare a lower value than what the page sells for. This is original art - it must be packed very well. If you have any questions just let me know. This auction is for one original art newspaper daily titled The Connoisseur which ran in papers from August 29 1927 until December 8 1928. The strip features Mr. Van Der View who has an obsession with clothes and fashion - especially ladies fashion. The strips would have verse below each panel. The work has been attributed to Alex Kurfiss who was one of the first artists hired by Walt Disney at Laugh-O-Gram and did the earliest posters for Walt Disney. Reference to his work can be found in the book Walt Before Mickey: Disney's Early Years, 1919-1928. The strip was distributed by The Standard Publishing Company - out of Chicago Illinois?This strip shows Mr. Van Der View relaxing at the beach observing women in various swimwear under umbrellas. Published 1927 / a few pinholes which can be more easily seen at rear - art is clean and measures 15.5 by 5.5 inches.If you have any questions let me know.inkfrog
