This item is one of 20 pieces that were made by Nostalgic Reflections of Veradale, Washington for one of their customers. It was NOT mass produced! Nostalgic Reflections makes custom "one off" parts for their customers. One out of 20 produced is RARE!

This Pilot hat badge was the 1st design used in 1927 by their fledgeling airline that grew to be a major carrier and was known in their later years as "Pan Am".
