This is an auction for an artist signed 1927 Rookwood Vase by Sallie Coyne. The bottom has the famous flame and reverse 'R' Rookwood logo, as well as the date mark XXVII (1927), the numbers 30E, a d the the artist's mark. T is also an 'X' due to the wax matte that melted resulting in the multi-colored 'impressionist' style flower motif. This vase stands 8.75" tall. Top opening is 2.5" as is the base. This vase has no cracks, chips or repairs of any sort. A fine piece of artist signed American art pottery in excellent condition.
