Up for sale is a vintage bronze medal/paperweight with an attached piece of the Iron from the Ironclad Merrimac. The medal is marked "Association of Edison Illuminating Companies 44th Annual Meeting Old Point Comfort October 1-5, 1928 Iron From Plating of Ironclad Merrimac. 1862." It is made by the Medallic Art Co NY. The medal has some wear, scratches, and discoloration. It is 2 1/2" by 3 3/4". See photos for best description.
