STARTING At Only $25.00 This is a really nice piece, original promotional photograph of Jeanette MacDonald from 1929, approximately 12" x 18" in size, black & white and has the following note from MGM on the back, and it says: EXCLUSIVE LATEST PORTRAIT - Jeanette MacDonald, lovely MGM singing star, posed for this portrait between scenes of MGM's "Bitter Sweet" picturization of Noel Coward's musical, in which she co-stars with Nelson Eddy for the seventh time. W.S. Van Dyke II directs." The bottom right of front is marked "MG80556" and shows her in her prime, beautiful and wearing a dress that any woman today would love to be dressed in! CONDITION - Beautiful and in excellent shape, really needs a frame, but otherwise good edges and slight wear on the corners, not bad for an original photograph 86 years old.
