This is a vintage Scandinavian sterling silver spoon with a figural handle in the form of the ancient King Olaf II of Norway, later cannonised as Saint Olav. In the bowl is a view of St. Olaf's Cathedral along with the information that 1930 was the 900th. jubilee of the death of St. Olaf. The spoon measures 4.7" long, weighs 25 grams and is in excellent condition. It is marked on the back with the the .830 silver hallmark and the maker's mark of Kunst & Metallindustri A/S, Trondheim. It is also engraved with the name Edla. Airmail postage to the U.S.A. would be $1.95; to the United Kingdom, Australia and other International destinations would be $3.49. Check out my other items !
