1930 Entertainer LON CHANEY Vintage Photograph PHOTO: Click Image for Larger Preview DESCRIPTION: One of several lots of Vintage Pre-1940's Entertainer Photographs and Other vintage Sports and Non-Sports Photographs and Memorabilia I will be offering at auction this week. Subject(s) - LON CHANEY Year - 1930 A wonderful vintage image. A haunting image of Lon Chaney in his final role before his death. His only "Talkie" film "The Unholy Three". A remake of a silent movie he made 5 years prior. His character is Professor Echo - The Ventriloquist. Vintage Studio or Publicity Photograph (Type I). Please see scans for any additional back markings, toning or stamps. Press stamp dated beginning of 1931. Movie and photo was release in 1930. Name is neatly written on the front of the photo in ink by the original owner. SIZE - Photo measures about 8" x 10" inches. CONDITION - Photo is in about VG/EX condition with general handling wear.
