1930 Notre Dame Team Signed "Official Football Review," With Last Season Knute Rockne Signature. According to the College Football Hall of Fame, he was "American football's most renowned coach." The coach who popularized the forward pass, who finished his career with an earth shattering 88.1% winning percentage, Knute Rockne signed this Notre Dame "Official Football Review" after his final season in 1930, the year before his tragic death. Also including signatures on the interior pages from his players, this piece features a beautiful 8/10 fountain pen Rockne signature, with the following additional autograph by each players' photograph: Tom Conley, Frank Carideo, Marty Brill, Marchmont Schwartz, Larry Mullins, Bert Metzger, Tom Kassis, Tommy Yarr, Al Culver, Ed Kosky, Joe Kurth, Mike Koken, Bucky O'Connor, Frank Leahy (8/10), Dan Hanley, Clarence Kaplan, John O'Brien, Frank Butler, James Harriss, George Vlk, Robert Terlaak, Charles Jaskwhich, Paul Host, Al Howard, John Rogers, Art McManmon, Carl Cronin, Dick Mahoney, Bill Pierce, Regis McNamara and Norman Greeney. Book exhibits moderate wrinkling on the cover and tape repairs at the binding, however this piece is complete and fully intact.
