For sale vintage ladies 100% silk dress which has been examined by a vintage clothing expert and dates between 1930 and 1940. It is handmade and was passed to my mum by my great aunt in the 1970s. It is made of silk in a floral pattern. There is a slit in the side of the dress where a zip could be put, at the moment it does up by hook and eye (how it was originally made). It is very slightly threadbare in the front, but not really noticeable. Unfortunately as it was handmade, I do not know the exact size of the dress, but would guess that it would fit a size 10. It has been kept in a protective cover in my mum's wardrobe since she has had it. Would be ideal for a vintage clothing collector or theatre group.
