Well I took this to a hobby train shop because of my lack of knowledge and they said this is the shell and its probably from the 1930's or 1940's. they also told me that this is either a Lionel or an American Flyer. I put this train on scale and its right under 5 lbs very heavy. It measures approximately 15" long by 4" high and about 4" across. This item was in a storage unit for years and gathered a lot of dust. I'm leaving it as I found it. Also I took a photo of front grill area and it appears to have some broken parts in that area. It does have some #s on inside but they are very hard to read but ill try. W04 and 70 r/c. I could be way way off so ill try to take photo of 'sShips to USA only Winner must pay within 4 days of auction ending.Posted with eBay Mobile FREE!
