This lovely Hong Kong silk 1930s evening bag belonged to my late mother, I am selling many of her items as she had masses of things. Some of them you may never have seen before and are unusual and some must be rare. This evening bag needs a bit of resewing of beads as I have tried to show but nothing drastic and no tears to the silk. If you need another picture just tell me what you want to see in the picture and I will send you one. The bag has lovely geometric black lucite beads, large sequins and tiny glass beads. I think there are two geometric beads missing at the side but because of their location it does not really affect the looks of the bag. Gold plated fastenings and a thick gold plated snake chain handle. This is a bag to hold in the hand. Measures, 6" x 7". Weight, 130grams. RE ME MB ER ! my postal deals.
