These tap faces were part of an estate, and are all from the 1930's-40's era. They have been affixed to modern tap knobs that were painstakingly re-created from the fewfound with these tap faces. They are a bit shinier than the old ones, but are amazingly close in weight and dead on in shape. They are molded from polyurethane (plastic resin) and painted with a 2-part polycryl automotive finish (paint with hardener catalyst). The threaded insert is aluminum with a drilled hole to attach the tap face with a single screw, like the original Green Duck inserts were.If you are looking for mint, unused faces combined with a mint tap knob,s your chance to end the upgrades.Keep your eyes peeled throughout the summer-ts some dandies to come.(if I am to be tempted to trade,Minnesota stuff is my weakness *wink* oldbeer at gmail com)
