100% AUTHENTIC 1930s German Political/Military Stein - RARE!!

You are bidding on a RARE Original and 100% AUTHENTIC " 1930s German Political/Military Stein ". This 1.0L stoneware stein with handpainted transfer outline, features a soldier in full uniform, carrying the national flag. Beneath the soldier and flag is the national slogan of that era: " Deutschland Ist Erwacht! ( Germany Awoke !). Surrounding the slogan are green laurels. On the side of the stein next to the liter designation, is a small blue mark. Not sure what this is, but it clearly does not distract from the uniqueness of this piece.

This stein features a quality pewter lid featuring a national symbol of that era, surrounded by laurels. The pewter handle strap has been excellently repaired ( unnoticeable ). The base of this stein bares the Mettlach stamp of Villeroy & Boch.

This stein is in mint condition and is an ABSOLUTE MUST for any serious collector of German Political/Military steins . This 1.0L stoneware stein has been stored in a smoke free home. Valued at $ 1000 , I am setting a more than respectful opening bid for this HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER and RARE addition to anyone's collection! Best of all, t is only a Modest Reserve !!
