~ 1930 German MICKEY MOUSE Easter Egg Vase ~ Rare German porcelain vase of pie-eyed Mickey Mouse playing his mandolin next to a giant egg. Wonderful black and white figure with painted orange accents to mandolin and egg. Egg has a slightly pink hue to it. Figurine possibly made by German porcelain company Rosenthal but I'm not certain. Rosenthal made fine European early Disney pieces along with Bavaria and Paragon China. Entire piece stands 4.5 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 4.5 inches in depth or length. Mickey himself is 3.5 inches tall. The number "6991" is marked in porcelain on both backside of egg and rear of Mickey's right shoe. Condition is excellent with no cracks, chips or repairs, just light wear to paint. I think you will be very pleased with this Mickey and he will make a stunning addition to your early Mickey collection! I believe opening bid is still way below value. Good luck and please ask any questions!Buyer pays USPS shipping with delivery confirmation. Insurance required. Payment received within 10 days is greatly appreciated.
