This is an AWESOME 1930's Mr.Peanut-Planters peanut jar.Six sided,with a picture of Mr.peanut on three sides and planters written on the other three sides.On the lid itself in raised lettering are the words planters (on both sides of the lid) and on the bottom "made in USA.The cork on the lid is almost all there (which is unusual and hard to find in itself.The jar is in very good condition,with no chips or cracks.There is a rough edge on the inside lip of the jar itself-about an inch long.No other damage.The paint on the whole piece is in excellent condition-I don't see any wear at all.There is also the peanut on top of the jar(with no damage-as well)
