1930's DISNEY SILLY SYMPHONY ELMER ELEPHANT BISQUE BANK .Disney Elmer Elephant bisque bank. Elmer Elephant from Silly Symphony HARD TO FIND bisque figure. Elmer is a bank and his slot is in his back which has a small 1/8th inch chip. He is 5 inches tall and has a jointed nose. He is beating a drum and has a symbol on his other hand. The colors are dark yellow and red. The condition is very good with about 90% of the original paint The bottom has JAPAN and WALT DISNEY embossed on his back side.
