October 13, 1931GRAF ZEPPELIN TRAVEL TICKET NO. 6033Round Trip Friedrichshafen-SwitzerlandIssued to "Herr Friedländer"HAMBURG-AMERIKA LINIE Multi-Lingual Text 7.75 x 12.75" double-sided printed form on heavy-weight paper stock with blue and gold edge rules on the front and the combined logo of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin GmbH (LZ) and the Hamburg-America Line (HAPAG). Text in German, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Left edge with evidence of fine perforations indicating that the ticket was separated from a larger form. Typed entries, including the traveler's name ( Herr Friedländer ), the departure point for transportation to board the Graf Zeppelin, presumably at the Friedrichshafen hangar ( Kurgarten-Hotel - the usual place that housed Graf Zeppelin travelers), the flight time ( 10 o'clock ), and the fare in German Reichsmarks ( RM 110. ). Signed in pencil at the bottom right by an agent of the Hamburg-American Line (we cannot make out the name). List of international agencies of the Hamburg-America Line on the back, in alphabetical order by city name. Once folded in quarters horizontally.This was apparently a one-day round-trip flight, Friedrichshafen being near the Swiss border - no cabin or berth is indicated.
