You are bidding on an antique 1933 GENERAL ELECTRIC CATHEDRAL tube radio, model K-63. This lovely unit is in excellent condition, looks to have the original finish, (see pictures). It measures approx. 12 3/4" long by 15 1/2" tall by 9 1/2" wide. It is made out of wood, mantle clock design, lower front window dial, upper grille cloth with cut outs, BC, 4 knobs, 6 tubes (included but untested), AC set. This is a very hard to fine art deco era GENERAL ELECTRIC tube radio and would make an awesome addition to any collection, it would also make a very nice gift idea as well. WE SHIP WORLD WIDE. Shipping in USA is $29.00 via fed ex. Shipping overseas is $109.50 via priority mail. Canada is NOT overseas, if you want a shipping quote to Canada please let me know (Shipping is so expensive because this radio weighs approx 20 lbs unboxed and we try and double box in an oversize box to assure you a safe delivery of your purchase and this adds 10 lbs to the final weight or more, we do not charge a handling fee). I am running several tube radios as well as tubes this week, buy 2 or more auctions and save on shipping w poss. Attn. Bidders: All of our radios are sold for historical & display purposes. We do not test them to see if they work or not (unless stated in the auction description), it seems that most of our radios do indeed work because we try and purchase only the nicer radios, not the junk sets, and if that is the case then that is a bonus to you. We have found over the years that most buyers like to "tinker" with these antique radios and 'bring them back to life' and this gives them the satisfaction of being able to do so if they do not work.
