MICKEY MOUSE WRIST WATCH Ingersoll in box 1933 If any character wrist watch is to be considered a KEY, this is it. An advertising specialties salesman came up with the idea and convinced a struggling Disney Studio and a struggling Ingersoll Bros. watch company to produce and market this THE FIRST MICKEY MOUSE WRIST WATCH. They sold thousands the first day in New York alone. This unit is nice, clean and it winds, sets and RUNS!! The face is as clean and white as I have ever seen. The box insert and warranty paper are t and nice. The box is not perfect and not new, but NICE. I have traditionally taken this out of the box once a year and wind it to run for a day or two. I would give the watch and band an 8 out of 10 and the box a 61/2. If you find a better one for the same or less...BUY IT! I have had this one for over 20 years and have stored it in a glass case on display. But now that I am selling my personal collection, it has to go also. This is NOT MINT BUT NICE. T are a LOT of 1933 MM watches out t but not very many have this quality. Please be a careful and serious buyer as I was a serious collector. After 20+ years of buying...I am now selling most of my "stuff". It will take a while and some will be listed on Hakes Americana in January (21 pcs. MIB or NIB). I will only sell with honesty and integrity and I expect the same. I will answer any and all questions personally and promptly. Thanks for looking and bidding!
