This baseball bears the following 13 signatures in what looks like steel tip black fountain ink: Pepper Martin, Jesse Haines, a name that appears to end in "on", Leo Durocher, a name that ends in "ick" (guessing it has to be Joe Medwick), Jim Mooney, Paul Dean, Pat Crawford , Dazzy Vance, Rip Collins, Frankie Frisch, Connie Mack & Bucky Harris... I can't tell which side is the actual sweetspot, but Connie Mack signed on one of the thin middle panels & Bucky Harris signed on the other thin middle panel... According to my research, all these players with the exception of Connie Mack & Bucky Harris were members of the 1934 World Series Champion St.Louis Cardinals team... I have absolutely no clue why Bucky Harris & Connie Mack have signed this baseball,,, The Cardinals played against the Detroit Tigers in the 1934 World Series & Bucky did manage the Detroit Tigers in 1933, so maybe Bucky attended the World Series with Connie Mack in 1934... All of the stitches are tightly intact... The sweetspots are in good condition... The 4 side panels are in decent condition, but exhibit minor scuffing... As a result, parts of some names have been rubbed away or lightened, but I'm totally confident I have identified 12 of the 13 signatures with certainty assuming that the name ending in "ick" is that of Joe Medwick...
