1936 Anna Held Signature Cigar Box. Vintage Celebrity wooden cigar box from South Carolina with a wonderful image of "Miss Anna Held". Inside and outside labels are intact. Foxing on the inside label, a bit of a faint scribble to the right and a 1" tear to the right of her name. The outside label has some wear at the bottom right. Inside label "By Permission of Miss Anna Held" with a simulated signature. The revenue tax stamp is intact and is stamped December 1936. this box originated in Factory No 117 District S.C.. All the edges of the box have labels Anna Held. Still tightly hinged, there is some wear on the outside of the box where it is fastened.
