1937 DeSoto hood ornament radiator cap mascot

This is an original 1937 DeSoto flying lady hood ornament. She is in supurb original used condition with only minor spotting of the chrome. The factory markings are clearly on the bottom of the mascot near the insertion bolt. The radiator cap is speckled with age and is marked with C15 from the factory (internal threads are in good usable shape). All are mounted on a solid walnut hand made display base which is included. Thank you very much for looking. Shipping costs are determined at the end of the auction. I only charge actual mailing fees (Priority mailing for US and airmail for overseas) with no handling charges. Something this special will only receive the best of packaging and insurance.
