This Grunow model 596 tabletop radio has two bands - AM broadcast and the lower SW band. It has been fully electronically restored. All controls and moving parts were cleaned and lubricated as well. The chassis cleaned up to look almost like new. It plays just as it should on both the AM and SW. Sensitivity, selectivity, volume and sound quality are all top notch. The cabinet has its original finish and is in excellent condition, especially considering its age. The knobs, dial, dial face and grill cloth are all original and in excellent condition. Buyer to pay $22.00 for secure packaging, insurance and shipping to any of the 48 contiguous United States. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Local inspection and free pick up are welcome.
