Condition: Completely intact, staples good, some wear on front and back covers, one significant crease in front cover due to folding, inside of covers and edges of some pages show faint spotted discoloration. In my opinion, the document has obviously seen some use, over the years, but has been well cared for and remains in quite good condition.
