An amazing collection of 15 photographs (six shown taken at the 1937 Monaco Grand Prix.

Sadly, the unknown photographer did no more captioning than indicating the event and the date on the rear.

But even a non-expert such as myself can identify Mercedes, Alfa Romeo and Auto Union cars amongst the competitors.

Pictures are relatively small at around 4 1/2 inches x 3, but the quality is great – check out the enlargement I have added as a sample.

I’ll be listing a number of items dealing with motoring, auto and motorcycles this week - on both the US and UK ebay sites - please check them out. I will pack photographs in a cardboard envelope for extra safety.
