The dedication reads: Dedicated to the Project Workers of the Works Progress Administration who have combined industry with skill to make the work program in Oregon a success. The 6 full page lithographs include: Sunrise Over Timberline Lodge, Martina Gangle Pouring Concrete, Virginia Darce' Mess Hall, Martina Gangle Wood Carvers, Martina Gangle Packing Supplies, Virginia Darce' Placing Large Timbers, H.S. Sewall in addition Map of Territry Around Timberline Lodge, Littleton Dryden The preperaion, publishing and distribution of this book was conceived by the Administrative staff, the text was written by the Writer's Project; and the drawings and illustrations prepared by the Art Project of the Oregon Works Progress Administration. This 8.5" x 11" book was printed in 1937 by: Local No. 36, Amalgamated Union Lithographers Label of America Portland, Hallwyler Printing Co., Portland 14 Oregon. There are areas of light ink rubbed onto some of the pages (as seen in photo #4) from the print on the opposite page. The two original staples have rusted through the years (as seen in photo #6.)
