I am selling this Authentic Original 1938 Elite German WWII Dagger Knife with original hanger. Please email me if you would like to recieve more photos of this beautiful dagger and I will be more then happy to send many more detailed photos of this beautiful knife. This is an early 1933 pattern elite dagger for enlisted men with an elite enlisted man's hanger. The elite daggers were etched with the elite motto "Meine Ehre Heist Treu" which means "My Honour is Loyalty". The dagger is marked on the opposite side with RZM 1053/38 with elite runes. The leather dagger hanger is marked RZM 19/38 and elite runes and the metal hanger clip is marked with A and DRGM. Overall condition of the dagger is very good. Blade hasn't been sharpened and has no dents. The chrome has been worn from the surface of the top and the hilt, and has a dull grey zinc colour. The handle is not cracked, the eagle and elite runes are in good condition, the dagger's sheath still has chrome on the fittings, the paint is scratched in some places and t are 3 small dents in the middle which can be seen in the photo.
