A very pretty and stylish Art Deco dish by J. B. Chatterley & sons of Birmingham fame. It is fully hallmarked at the back : capital "O" for 1938, anchor, lion and maker's mark J.B.C.& S. Beautiful and elegant in the late art deco manner of H. G. Murphy so loved in England. For once my photographs speak for themselves. Some very shallow scratches but still fine condition: no dent, crack or repair. Lenght: 18 cm approx. Height: 3.5 cm approx. Weight 3.7 oz. Really nice object.
