One of only three signed Night Game baseballs we have ever handled. This innovative yellow baseball was introduced by baseball super executive Larry MacPhail who is also credited with inventing teh Night Game. These balls were brought in (along with satin uniforms) to show up better at night (or so they thought). This concept quickly went the way of the Edsel and Chicago White Sox shorts. The ONL (Frick) baseball is filled with 21 black ink signatures from this early Brooklyn squad including: Cookie Lavagetto, Chuck Dressen, Hugh Casey, Dolph Camilli, Pressnell, Moon, Stainback, Hutchinson, Hudson, Koy, Parks, Evans, Killifer, Almada, Coscarart, Hayworth, Hamlin and more. Like new, NRMT. From the Charlie Sheen Collection. Ball is EX-MT with signatures grading as an overall 8 out of possible 10 .
