1939 NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR BULLET CAMERA You are bidding on a 1939 New York World's Fair BULLET Camera. It was made as a souvenir and sold at the NYWF. It was manufactured by Eastman Kodak Company, US, Rochester, NY. According to my research, it was sold from 1939-1940 only while the NYWF was ongoing. Not that you'd want too use it, but the film, size 127, is still available from a European manufacturer and a Canadian seller. The shutter has 2 settings, I (instant) and B (bulb). I believe it has a bakelite body and the lens is on threaded lens tube. It has a viewfinder on top that folds down so it's out of the way when not in use. Included is the original box and directions. CONDITION: The camera is what I believe to be museum quality.T are no chips, dents or dings and the shutter works fine. It is absolutely beautiful. The box has a few minor corner dings and it appears as though someone pulled off the price tag on the front so t's a blotch t(pic) The directions and the additional sheet are used and folded to fit the box, but they're stunning as well. This would be a terriffic addition for a museum or a collector. I have set a very reasonable reserve on this. PAYMENT: Payment is to be in US dollars. Item will be held until payment is received or check/money clears. Payment is expected within a week after you've won the auction. read more
