Up for auction is a very unusual 1939 New York World's Fair stained glass window hanger. It measures 3" wide and 4 1/2" tall. It features the image of the Trylon and Perisp, both of which are in a red slag glass color. The outer part is a deep cobalt blue glass. It is very pretty when held up to the light. It is outlined in what looks to be lead and reads "N.Y. World's Fair 1939" in gold painted lettering. I have shown both sides of this unique and interesting piece in my pictures.
