Check out this item that I found at an estate auction in Hagerstown Md. from the Waynesboro Pa. area.A Vintage 1939 Ovaltine Secret Decoder Badge with a Pinback.Badge is approx 1 3/4" tall-turns freely-I think its Brass.Front says Secret Code ROA and 1939 with numbers and letters to decode your message.The back says Official Number and B 40441.This was a Radio Premium you had to mail in to get. Remember Little Ralphie from a Christmas Story?
