This is a super rare old game c1930s/40s by Ontex Canada, called "Donald Ducks' Hit the Jackpot". It is a spin type gambling game with great Disney character graphics including thumper, Mickey mouse, Minnie mouse, Pluto, Donald, Goofy, the parrot and the chicken in a sombrero (who's names i cannot recall!). The box cover shows Donald, Mickey and Parrot at a carnival style game of chance, Donald spining the wheel, Mickey standing close by with a hand full of cash. The parrot appears to be the barker. The box measures approx 12.5 x 9.5" overall. The instructions are printed on the inside of the box and is titled "Hit the Jackpot, the New Walt Disney Game", also has french instructions. Ontex was the Canadian manufacturer for Disney games at that time. The box has some edge, corner wear, slight soiling, light pressure creasing, etc, normal wear. T are 3 corner splits that have been re-inforced from the inside and one side split also repaired from the inside. The metal spinner has some light surface rust, the board area inside some slight pressure bending and some of the money is a bit rough, most of it fine though. The colours are super! Still bright and they display nicely. Very, very scarce. Standard shipping $8.00 most of North America.
