1940 SALVIATI MURANO 16 PCS & CANDLESTICK MINT SET W/ GOLD AVENTURINE VINES AND COLORED FLOWERS Measures: champagne 5 1/2" High x 4 1/2" Diameter wine 7" High x 3" Diameter water 7 3/8" High x 3 3/8" Diameter candlestick 12 3/4" High x 10 1/2" Wide Description: Salviati Murano glass champagne, wine, and water stems. Also included is a large candlestick. They are all pink glass covered in gold aventurine with clear fluted twisted covered in vines and flowers stems and pink covered in gold aventurine bases. The set includes eight champagnes, four wines, four waters, and a two-candle candlestick. All of the stems and candlestick are flawless and in MINT CONDITION. I believe the attributed date of manufacture to be correct. I have handled two other sets with similar floral embellishments which dated to this period. Condi tion: MINT!! No damage including chips, cracks, repairs or impact marks. A flaw is a defect, visible mark or inclusion in the glass, from the factory, and includes air bubbles, straw lines, unevenness, and variations in color. Damage is a chip, crack, impact mark, scratch, or repair. Shipping: Combined weight is 12 pounds. If the shipping calculator is not working, you can go to and add one half pound in the shipping calculator and my zip code, 78233, for an estimate of the freight. The addition of one half pound is necessary for double boxing and the safe packaging of this item. Exact freight will be calculated after packaging, and unlike some, I am not out to make extra money Sometimes the fright amounts are incorrect, be assured, If I have overcharged on the freight, it will be refunded to you after your packaged has been posted. Insurance: On all sales We Require Full Insurance , and only rarely can they be combined because of the fragility of the glass. I have not had a single piece arrive broken in over 300 sales in the last year, refer to my feedback. Returns: I only accept returns on glass that has after factory defects that have not been disclosed in the listing. You must contact me within three days after receiving the shipment. I will cover the freight both ways as well as completely refund the purchase price and associated insurance fees if this is the case. Since I check all pieces visually, with a blacklight to find any hidden adhesives used in repairing breaks, and with a jewelers loop, missed damage is rarely the case. And, I have taken many photographs of each piece for documentation. Be sure to add me to your favorites list !
