You are bidding on a Union Bank Of Scotland Five Pound Note, dated 24th June 1940.Serial Number D 466/033. The note is in *VG* condition, for a note of its age. Evidence of several vertical creases and one horizontal can bee seen on the reverse of the note. Edges show wear (top and bottom more so), with several small tears though none extending into the design. Slight discolouration, from perhaps a grease stain, just above date. Small ink stain on the reverse, near to left hand edge. It has been stored flat and out of direct sunlight for 50+ years. ! Please have a look at my other items
