Vintage Airline Radio 1940's item description we have a Vintage Airline Radio from the Montgomery Ward Company. They call this a midget radio because of its smaller size. The model number on the bottom of the radio reads 54BR-1502A. From my research I believe it is a late 1945 or 1946 ivory painted model and also a few spots of chipped paint w black is showing. The radio is in good condition for age. T is some slight discoloration and as I mentioned above some spots of chipped paint. In addition, some rusting on back panel. The two knobs of the radio work well. When turning on it takes a few to buzz. I was able to tune in a few stations. It doesn't have an antenna. This cute little guy is 7inches wide and 5 and 1/2 inches high. This is a nice add to your vintage radio collection. It would look great next to the others. Great starting bid. Don't miss out.
