Spectacular is the only word for this 1940s blouse and circle skirt. Probably what first caught your eye was the skirt with all that rich detail. Such a lovely presentation. The sheer blouse has square black beveled prong set rhinestone buttons. Skirt is displayed with a petticoat underneath but does not come with the outfit. You can interchange the blouse and shirt with other items in your wardrobe. What more could you ask for? Both blouse and skirt is in excellent condition.
