CHRONOGRAPHE SUISSE [Swiss] 1940's Vintage Chronograph rose Gold-Plated.fex strap rose gold plated Watch 17j HW Landeron Cal. 51 Movement Excellent Condition! Here we have a very nice example of a 1940's CHRONOGRAPHE SUISSE [Swiss] Chronograph Watch, in excellent condition throughout. The watch is yellow gold-plated and it has been very well maintained.It carries the highly reliable 17j HW Landeron Cal. 51 movement which is in an excellent, original condition. A very interesting detail to notice about this watch, is the 3-minute interval lines it has on its 30-minute register at 3 o'clock. This is quite rare for a chronograph. These were used during WW2 when American soldiers serving abroad, were allowed a 3-minute long-distance call back home.happy bid
