Welcome! This auction is for a COLDSPOT toy size REFRIGERATOR of the 1940's This refrigerator measures 11"Wx18&1/2"Hx9&1/2"D. It has a rounded top with one door and drawer on bottom. Inside t are three metal shelves and ice cube/freezer section with control knobs.I don't know if this was intended to be a childs toy or small store model-salesman sample that was in stores years back-1940's, to help sell refrigerators,especially by order only.?? (Any viewers have more information if this was intended as a toy or store model-please email-would be appreciated). This 'replica' refrigerator does looks exactly like the coldspot refrigerators of the 1940's.It sits well and is very solid.(weighs approximately 15 lbs. before packing for shipping) It is white(has been repainted over old,creamy white paint)with original,red accent handles:These are the door handle(turn and hook from inside-see picture),handle on bottom,cold storage drawer that opens and on top-inside,two knobs on ice cube tray holder(these turn and say off-low-medium-high).It has three metal shelves(repainted silver-see pictures))that can pull out or removeable.The base is black(has been repainted also) and can be bolted down from underneath.Over the past two years,since we have owned it, it has only been played with several times and most of the last year or so has set in read more
